Lake Childs Motel

The motel has 11 separate rooms. Each room has 2 queen size beds. The bathroom has a shower stall, privacy toilet and double sink vanity.  
Room#6 is a handicap accessible room that features a large roll-in bathroom.

Southwinds Villa

Our villa features 4 bedrooms that each have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and their own bathroom. There is a shared living room that includes a full refrigerator  and microwave.
There is also a beautiful patio area to enjoy sitting outside together.

Victory Beach House Suite

Located steps from the beautiful lakefront is this one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed. It features a small kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and a quaint living & dining area.
The apartment has one bathroom.  You may request a twin roll away if needed.

Lakeside Cabins

Nestled down by the lake are 6 quaint cabins equipped with a queen bed, several bunk beds and a private bath.
At dusk this area is lit with string lights that give a Key West flavor along with a bonfire pit in the center.

Dewey Lodge

When this historic building was built Babe Ruth, Winston Churchhill family, Ford family, Dupont family, Wrigley family and Howard Hughes just to name a few were guests and stayed in these accommodations.  
The 2-story Dewey Lit'l Lodge sleeps up to 29 people in king, queen and twin beds in 7 bedrooms.
These accommodations are on the second floor directly above the dining room and kitchen.

Big Oak Inn

The 2-story historic Big Oak Inn has motel style accommodations with a variety of bed choices.  
Big Oak can host up to 85 guests in a mixture of twin (may convert to king) and bunk beds. 
There are a total of 15 bedrooms. Some of the rooms share an adjoining bathroom.  The Inn also has a sunroom and common area downstairs that you may use for extra breakout sessions.

The Grace Place

Located at the front of the Grace Place dorm are 2 suites that are named after Dr. Fred and Grace Bertolet.  
Each suite has a king bed, a bunk bed and its own bathroom.
